How it Works
- Submit your information via this website to the List to Last TV game show Executive Team to see if your home is a good fit for the show.
- If your home is granted preliminary approval for the show a project manager will be assigned to you and you will begin working through the initial steps of the selection process.
- Prior to final approval for the show, we will schedule a pre-listing home inspection and preliminary title report. We pay for these services and therefore they are at no cost to you. If things look promising after those investigations, we will then follow through with the next steps. If major repair issues are identified, your home may not be approved for the show.
- Once final approval is obtained; we will sign all necessary documents for listing your home.
- After the necessary paperwork is completed, we will then follow through with decluttering, staging (if needed), basic repairs, basic cosmetic alterations (if needed), and then finally listing photos, 3D tour, Cinematic Video for us to use on the List to Last TV show as well as the listing video.
- Once all pre-listing preparations are completed and we are ready for listing, we will order a residential home appraisal, to establish an unbiased market value of the home, which is needed for Phase 1 of the Game show process.
- The sellers (You) will be contestants on the game show and attend the video production of the show in Boise. This will require approximately 2 hours of your time.
- While being a contestant you will participate in the agent selection process that allows you to choose the top agent that you like best. Please review the game show overview page to learn more about this process.
- The game show airs on a local TV station that same day that the listing goes live on the MLS, thereby creating a significant level of buzz and drawing attention to your home.
- All five selected agents and game show host will be posting about the show on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn on the day that the show airs.
- In addition, we will conduct other paid advertisements about your episode throughout the entire week that your property is first listed to draw more interest to your property.
- When you work with us you get an entire team that works to prep your home for sale, and you then get to select the top agent from our panel of expert realtors to follow through and sell your home. This unique marketing platform allows sellers like you to get a higher price for your home and get your property sold faster than you otherwise would have expected.
